So here are some Mockups of the shirts I'm narrowing down to....pricing is yet to come on most of these..
Number One - 1 - Simple white t-shirt in Gildan Cotton or Hanes Cool Dry. Chest patch only nothing on the back - can be done with Blue or Red Logo ($12 for cotton, price pending cool dry price):
Number Two 2 - Same as above but with logo on the back large (again-red or blue):
Number Three 3 - Woman's tank top Bella 8780 in light Aqua (if there is an over whelming preference for another color shirt-bring it on!)
Number Four 4 - Yellow Mens Polo embroidered logo (not sure on brand yet....this is for illustrative purposes only-will be excellent quality embroidery):
I played with a couple of other fronts and backs that you can see below. 1 and C are what I narrowed it down to begin with, but I do like 3 as well.
Front options:
Back options:

You can vote for multiple of course....but at least initially, I don't want to have a huge list of options - as getting the orders done in bulk, and correctly will just add to the cost.
Here is a larger view of 3:
