Has anyone with a ar192 moved the bunks out to lower the height of the boat on the trailer?

I can't answer your question, but my 230 sits so close to the cross rails I can't imagine it getting any lower.

I would agree with @Wayloncle looking at my 192, I think lowering the bunks would put your keel too low, especially when launching and loading.
