@Patriot - Ain't the gauge set up superb ? The Gas Gauge bar set up is the best ever, but Yamaha said "NO ! We can do even better" and you get to see your remaining gas in %'s ! Like "93%" (at the top of the gauge, saying you have 93% LEFT.

Or the fact you get so MUCH information available to you at 1 glance. And not have to scroll thru stupid menus, praying you don't go PAST something.

TIP: Pls don't forget to set your "AUTO BLOWER" on, so you won't ever again have to remember to turn your blower ON nor OFF.
Enjoy ........... Love your hull color choice ! It looks GORGEOUS ! Mikey Lulejian - Lake Oconee, GA

You make me feel like I am running the Ark. I get feedback from the oar master as to how many pistons are firing based on the number of rowers that have keeled over...hole shots are murder on a human drive vessel!:p

Funny how boats look so small in the water and then you get her home and you go wow this is hugh!

Yeah, at the boat show. . . we were really torn between the 21 and 24 footer. . . . Even up until we splashed her we were still kinda of on the fence.

Then we got on it in the water for the first time, and we KNEW we made the right decision.

Pick up day right after the test drive. Cant wait to get it back out!!Pick up Day.jpg

@subysti replace that roller STAT!!! that beautiful gelcoat on your bow will thank you for the small investment. I'm still cleaning up the mess my stock roller did to the red gelcoat on my bow.

What tower is that? looks great!

- Kross

Stock forward swept tower on all 242LS :) prior to 2015 when they changed the design. I really like it, thick tubes and great visibility around them - though I think the tow point is a little too far forward for my tastes.

edit: Roswell makes this tower, by the way.

Hey @subysti !!!!!!!!!!
The BEST part of your photo was your sweet daughter, standing there, THUMBS UP, sayin' ............

"HEY, DAD......... YOU DID GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Nice, @subysti ......... really NICE !
Take Care, Mikey Lulejian - Lake Oconee, GA

@sysinu thanks yea I've already got the new Stoltz roller here just need to put it on. @MikeyL my DAUGHTER was really happy with the boat also.

These pictures are from a couple months ago. My buddy had just bought himself a new to him boat that was less than reliable the first day so I had my boat out there to assist him.

And my current favorite dock pictures. Complete with gangster lean. (Something I never noticed until I read about it in the 24xxx issues thread.

@PolarXJ - Didn't I tell ya the boat keeps gettin' better & better ? !!
Everytime I see photos like yours I like so wish Yamaha made 242LS's with a graphics & color package like YOU now own !
VERY nice ! Keep postin' pics... We all love 'em.
And it helps convincing other peeps what a STEAL the 2015 24-foot Yamahas are !
Sincere Best Wishes your way, Mikey Lulejian - Lale Oconee, GA

These pics are not good for my productivity today. I am spending too much time staring at the pics. Is it Saturday yet?

Thanks guys!

@MikeyL I too wonder why Yamaha didn't do some sort of graphics option for the 242 boats. I will say though that if I had a choice I would have gone with the clean look of the 242 boats over the graphics look on the AR240 boats.

I am dying laughing......... Once again we disagree !
Ain't life funny ! Barbie & I LOVE the "look" and colors of your boat !

Don't get me wrong, I love the colors and graphics of my boat. But I also equally love the clean look of the 242 LS boats. I am going to remove the "High Output" sticker to clean up the look a little bit.

PolarXJ, Great looking boat. So you were helping your friend by running circles around him (check me out, check me out)! HA

I am SOooooooooooooooooo glad you said that.

I can't stand the STEWPID "High Output" sticker.
It is so "unbecoming" to the boat, what it represents, and the great "look" of the boat.

I finally got the pictures. This is last weekend after we cleaned her up.
