Shower pump replacement?

I think my shower pump is bad. Anybody replaced one? Difficult?

Worked fine when I pumped out the water for winter. Put it back together and filled her up halfway for the season. Pump makes noise but no water flow. Removed handle and tried again with same results.

If the pump is working, you most likely have an air bubble in the line. Here's the fix. Hook up your hose to the fill nozzle and turn it on. With the pump running, push the button on the shower head and wait. It will clear the air and water will flow. I had this same issue twice now. The first time, it just fixed itself but the second time (after winter) I had to do that little trick.
