Simrad Go7 installed with 12” Connext

Looks nice. Is it in the way of your trim tab control there?

Not at all. Everything is easily within reach.

This is the exact setup I want for my 2019 242 Limited S plans to do this next spring. How hard was the Simrad install?

this looks pretty amazing

so - what did you do for the transducer - did you install another one - or did you tie into the OEM?

Thanks

Tim

hey man, how did you set up the electronics?

I didn’t run the transducer yet. I was going to have a bracket made up to mount it to the grate. Someone on here did it and I’m going to use his as a guide.

Oh ok U mounting it to ur intake grate or the ride plate? I want to mount on the ride plate as I just got Lectrotab trimtabs and won’t have room to put anyplace else. On ur helm did u run the transducer wire to the GO7 yet? I’m trying to figure the part out too lol.

I think I remember seeing that one also. Maybe I was wanting to use screws and thats why I leaned towards a bracket. I fould a local welder/fab guy who just did up a trailer ramp door for me. I'll run it by him and see what he says and report back in the coming days.
