need to use the AR210 next sunday for WetStock so the pressure is on...
I use 1.125" thick closed cell neoprene foam... its soft enough to sit on and firm enough to walk on... also i try to avoid seams if I can as they tend to rip over time and let water into the open cell foam... When I took the OEM engine hatch cover off it must have weight 150 lbs as it was always water logged.. i do have a consew 220 industrial machine and did some test cushions with french seams and the seams collect dirt too... Soooo no seams and no open cell foam...
