Hello all, new to the forum and to jet boats. We have recently purchased a '16 242 Limited S. Love the boat, don't have any bad things to say.
To the tittle. I've noticed it a couple of times when loading on the trailer, slight vibration or movement in the starboard throttle handle only. It's usually at low throttle, and nothing showing on the tack, like random up/down reading. Any ideas on a cause? Thanks for any help in advance. This forum is really great. A lot of info.

I can sometimes feel a very vague vibration if I just barely slide/inch the throttle forward from neutral, maybe past the first detent IIRC but I have to almost concentrate in order to make it do it. I think it's just the jet wash turbulence I'm feeling as the gate travels up. I've checked the linkages, everything operates fine and if I use the throttle without as much precision or care then it never happens (or I never notice it) so who knows lol.

Welcome to the forum! @Bruce Vance

Vibration in the controls is usually caused by the reverse gates check and see if they are even when in neutral and in forward if one is a bit lower than the other that may be your issue , first thing to do is check the big plastic white fittings where the reverse cables comes out of the back of the hull and make sure those are tight, some will loosen and this allows for play in the outer cable thus throwing off the adjustment, if those are not loose then you may need to adjust the cable at the connector on the hood.
