I have a 2013 Ar192 and I am looking at the Solas Concord Impeller - Pitch 13/17 YB-CD 13-17 or the 155mm Dynafly 13/22R. I am looking for best mid to top end. I am buying a low boost wheel soon and have already put in the SVHO IC. The ribbon delete, do I have to replace it with a power ring or can I just leave it out as I seen in Sams video? Sam also talks about a shim ride plate. How do I know what one would fit on this boat? Also what does that do for either the ride or performance?

This boat lives in Las Vegas and goes to lake mead so it gets warm here. I have seen Sam talk about the RIVA Pump Water Strainer, Yamaha 1.8L HO/SHO. Is there instructions on how to put this in and will this work with my SVHO IC?

Sam also put in a CAI and i was wondering if that helps at all. Since I live in Vegas and it gets well over 105 my engine compartment would be very warm.

GOALS. Cooling as much as I can, install the impeller, install the boost wheel and see what speeds I can hit. I am doing 1 mod at a time to see the difference.

Wow 47 views and no one can help. :(

Upgrading the intercooler, adding the high flow strainer and dedicated cooling line would be my first mods in a hot climate.

The strainer is very easy to install. I'm sure it comes with instructions.

The stock impeller works really well, and is very easy to repitch for your needs. That 13/22r dynafly is known to be the fastest 155mm impeller for stock power skis, but it also has the worst cavitation.

I would be getting the lucky 13 cone for that issue. The IC is the SVHO. I don't know how to do the dedicated cooling line. I am sure I can find how to. As for the strainer should be easy if there are instructions. Thank you for the answers.

Also that CAI that you have Sam, does that do any good for the boat?

The CAI runs up to the fresh air intake behind the swim deck seat. I also insulated the piping to shield it from engine heat. You can double the size of the air intake hole easily which is also helpful.

Is there instructions on how to run the dedicated line. I see where the piece goes on the side. As for running it through the boat and into where I dont know. I am sure I can call Riva and they will tell me.
