As a half-share owner, you would have June from 6/3 to 6/11 and late August from 8/26 to 9/1 every other year, starting in 2025. You do not have to use both weeks, and owners often trade weeks with one another depending on who can use it.

The maintenance fee is $4,500 every other year. Turn-around fee of $1,800 for June trip and $1,500 for late August trip. Turn-around fees are offset by fuel savings of $1.00 + per gallon.

Lake Time Houseboats handles all aspects of management as well as launch and retrieval of the boat. If you have not done a dry docked house boat before, you're missing out. Being able to load/unload right next to the car is a game changer and makes the trip so much easier.

If you enjoy Lake Powell, this is the best way to go and will easily pay for itself versus renting, along with the benefits of a nicer boat and the perks of dry dock, buying fuel on land not in marina (huge savings), groceries delivered to boat if you choose, loading jet ski's on top of boat the night before, and so much more.
