It is with the utmost sadness that is time to part ways with our boat. My family and I have been too engaged in kids sports the past couple years and we just don’t have the time to enjoy. I have been a part of this group since the “old days” and as a matter of fact, purchased this boat from a member on the previous forum. For any perspective buyer, this boat was very well documented here and there, look me up.
I have one last trip to Norris Lake and it will be available on the 18th of July. Posting it up here first before I post it in other venues.
Here are the details...
2010 242 LS. ~370 hours - Port Oil cooler replaced under warranty in 2012, never an issue since. I have performed all maintenance. No mechanical issues whatsoever. Boat has always been stored inside(winter) and on a covered lift during the season until this year (in local indoor storage now). One cross bar got water in it and froze, ballooning a cross beam on the tower. This happened in 2014 and has never caused concern when using the tower to tow. Left trailer fender was damaged by previous owner... doesn’t cause issue, never got around to changing it out. Boat is in great condition, a couple spider webs in the gel up near the anchor locker but not noticeable. Couple dull spots from fenders. Outer plastic on one pee hole broke off (doesn’t cause issue).
