Well it’s time sadly. I’m putting our 2010 Yamaha AR 240 up for sale. I’m in Bozeman, MT and sadly we just don’t get out as much as we’d like so my 206 hours only beauty is up for grabs. $32,999
It’s a terrific boat, runs really well, incredibly reliable. It’s always been covered in storage since I’ve owned it which has been the last 6 years of it’s life. It comes with a 3 year old Yamaha cover to keep it fresh. Extras include a 200w Pioneer AMP to drive some Rockford Fosgate speakers in the Tower and the front and stock in the back. The stereo has been replaced with a bluetooth and USB accessoried unit and a custom mount so if you ever want to put any other type of DIN mounted deck in you can.
It’s setup with dual batteries and a switch, also includes a nice panorama rear view mirror for towing your surfers, wakeboarder as well. I’ll include a healthy dose of life jackets to outfit the boat to capacity, oar, airhorn, throwable, etc. Board rack mounted on the tower. Bimini top replaced 3 years ago with genuine new Yamaha model. Two anchors also included as well as bumpers and mooring ropes.
There is some wear, the star decals on the side are peeling a bit, I’ve debated removing entirely but have not . As you are entering the boat from the stern the two small seats that everyone invariably steps on have separated a bit . An upholsterer should be able to bring those good as new, I just have no one local to do it. This is a terrific family boat, it pains me to list but hopefully will find a good home for its incredibly long life ahead.
