It’s been a great run and great boat. Had my 2011 SX210 for almost a decade. Absolutely zero issues and served us very well.
My family was pressuring me for years to get something more “comfortable” I.e. a pontoon. So I traded the Yamaha for a Pontoon. For those wondering trade value, my boat had 163 hours and only minor upgrades (seadeck, minor stereo upgrade, etc) and I got $21,000. I was only going to ask $21,500 if I sold myself so made it not worth it to sell.

docking a jet boat is easy compared to a pontoon. ? way different experience.

anyway. I appreciate all the value this forum provided me during my ownership. I have a YDS version 1.33 if anyone is interested. I think it only works on boats w 2012 or earlier. I still have a Yamaha jet ski and maybe I will own another boat one day, but they are really pricing themselves into tougher competition. I paid $30k for my brand new 210 nine years ago...

again. Thanks for the value this forum has provided me. It has saved me(and cost me) a lot of money.

Hope you stick around @jlcj7. No reason we can't learn a little about pontooning through you.

I just sold my 2012 AR210 and was planning on getting a tritoon. After going to the dealer and not being able to water test any I’m as confused as can be about what packages I need. Like would a 150hp do what I want it to do, haft center tube vs full, this brand vs that brand. I got a modest Bennington priced out for $53k. Now that I shot up into the $50s I’m thinking of just saying screw it and buying an AR250.

I too sold the Yamaha for a Bennington SX Premium with 200hp Yamaha engine. They are not cheap. I currently love the tritoon but I really miss a windshield and the windshield models are very expensive. My kids seem to hate cruising far now cause they can never get away from the wind. Anchored or beaches however the tritoon is the best thing on the water. Like a living room. Now I’m thinking a Regal 29 OBX haha I’m all over the place.

Beautiful boat! If you are like me, you may miss some of the fun factor that the Yamaha has when pulling tubes or just driving crazy. But, our new boat is way more practical for our shallow dock and future Intercoastal plans. Enjoy!

Congratulations...Glad to see you didn't skimp on the HP :winkingthumbsup"
Great stern layout and tow arch.
Happy Boating!

Message me your address. I’ll send it to you when I get around to it.
