Soon to be 2015 SX192 Owner, one question, will be more...LOL

I have taken a check ride yesterday on a 2015 SX192 and signed the loan papers today and hoping for pickup next week. When we were covering the boat back up I noticed the ski tow eye had a funny look to it. I only took a quick glance and I didn't inquire more but it didn't look like the normal "halo" looking eye. My question is, does anyone else have a 2015 with the same tow eye or picture of it? And if so, how do you tie off a tow rope to that thing? I know the "halo" one you just throw a loop up in it much like a cleat. I don't think this guy changed it as the boat is pretty much OEM. Anyway, thanks in advance for any answers

Not the best picture but it’s the same on mine. We just put the loop on it and haven’t had a problem. I thought the same thing when I first got my Yamaha. Always had the halo type before.

Same on mine. It is really hard on ropes. I've had to tie a new loop on the tube rope twice.

Gotcha . Just throw the loop on it. Yeah, I thought it kind of looked "knife bladeish". Thanks mates
