I know, it's been a minute...........but I actually have time now to get back into the swing of things.

I still owe everyone Lake Powell Pics.

Whoa dude! Welcome aboard! Put those pics in the Media Gallery, I want to see them! Really glad to have you here!

Welcome Aboard, Thanks for joining us!

Things are well! I will get some pics posted, along with some Lake Powell stuff from Labor Day 2013 tomorrow. It's about 0130 on Sunday here in Japan so I'm about to crash. I was surprised to see this forum pop up!

I keep finding new videos on youtube from our 4th July 2013 adventure at Lake Havasu. Here is one of a huge brawl that broke out because some of girls that were dancing on our boat:

You can see Sotally Tober in the background (with the pole up on the left). I stayed as spectator on this one.

That was hard to watch...especially the sneak attach sucker punch! At least they pulled the guy out of the water so he didn't drown!:drowning:

Yeah - it looked like that guy hit his head on the wall when he fell, too. Testosterone + drinking + boating = ???

Welcome aboard. Glad to see you made the journey on over.

I fought when I had to when I was young. No longer though - I would shoot a motherf***er if he tried that today. Had been trying to decide if I would take a pistol on the boat with me and decided yesterday that I would feel a little better knowing that I had it with me. This sealed the deal. I don't expect to be in a situation like this, but I'll bet these guys didn't wake up that morning expecting to get sucker punched and knocked out later that day either.

We loved the boat, and our gatherings. But in a crowd at a sandbar where it isn't a group I know, not happening for me. Just a little too much can go wrong, especially with the alcohol.

Welcome! Great to see you here! You'll have to tell us when you're going to be in Havasu, would love to meet you there and witness some of this fun first hand!

We are heading to Lake Martinez (San Diego's Lake Havasu) for Spring break, March 28th through April 7th. Not sure when we will make it to Havasu again since I'm in Japan. However, when I move back in January 2016 we are planning on buying some waterfront property at Canyon Lake, CA in your neck of the woods.
