Can you show us some pictures??? If they are the same as earlier models, there are some Nissan Keys that work and are CHEAP! but I'm not sure..seeing the key would help.

My local locksmith cut me these Nissan DA25-P / X123 PLASTIC HEAD Mech Key (ILCO) for my 2008 SX230. A local locksmith can likely do the same for you.

So, Yes, they keys are the same as the older models.
Your local independent locksmith will have the key blank. Somewhere from $3 to $6 per key. If he can't find it by Eyesight...show him the two options above. @sunbyrned key blanks are more purpose made to match, but the ones they used for me also work just fine.
The Lanyard clip is available in universal models from sports stores or Amazon.
