Speaker options?

I’ve got 8 6.5 kickers now and im
Either considering 8” speakers mid cabin for more mids or add a sub. If I do a sub I was thinking of mounting it were the cooler goes on my 18 ar240 or by the captains chairs. If I do a sub. 10” or 12”? Thanks for the help

You have Towers? You just looking for a fuller sound? The 8” kickers will help, but sub should round out the sound more.

How do the 6.5 Kickers sound? Still debating on Kickers or JLM3’s and adding mid cabins.

I like them a lot for the money. And I was able to get a 4 year warranty with them. Thank god bc little kids like to stick their fingers through the speaker trying to stop the sound so I found out.

if you have two extra 6.5’s now where would you put the 8’s? Add the sub or two. I added two. You'll be happy.

dont fight it... its a boat... they like to separate you from your money

I added a 10" kicker sub port side and I liked it so much I added another one on the starboard... I was after in the cabin sound but I got a set of Kicker cans and speakers for $100 so i hung them off the tower... It sounds great all the way up to obnoxious levels... the class D amps made a huge difference and the subs round out the sound...
