So I boat half in freshwater half in salt water. Before every season I sprayed down my engine compartment with the protective. Last year I was boating out the Breachway and I took a big wave over the bow it actually filled my fuel tank compartment almost to the top with salt water. I suggest when you seal your engine compartment with that spray don't forget the metal parts in your fuel tank compartment on the 242 LS. It is amazing how little water filled that up so fast. Yes I keep the plugs in when I boat.

What spray are you using? sealing compartments?

Holy crap... thats CHEAP! Thanks!
