Starter Clutch Slipping

The starter turns but not the rotor. Anyone know the part number for the clutch?

Not saying they don't have one, but I didn't even know starters had a clutch.

That said, I don't think you can buy parts for the starter. You just buy a new starter.

Guess this is another big difference in my year. Ok, nevermind about the starter replacement comment...

@WREKS is that a clutch piece or just something that lets it turn only 1-way? If you know. Just curious... Doesn't seem like you would need a clutch mechanism there, just something that would only turn in one direction (and slip when turned backward).
 
@tdonoughue I think circular spring loaded pads in 4 clamp onto the hub on 1 when the crankshaft is not rotating.
