Steering Cable Replacement LS2000 Starboard Jet Pump

While doing some sharp turns and having a good time. I noticed the steering wheel turned really far to the left. I am able to turn the starboard jet to the right but not back to the left. I assume this is a broken steering cable. How hard is this to replace? Are there any good recommendations for parts? In addition good instructions on how to replace?
