Hi everyone, so I desperately needs some help. I added taper speakers, a 4 channel amp, and a wet sound 10 stealth powered sub. I loved everything in the boat, Ran power as instructed, and hooked up the rca cables to the head unit appropriately..... but when I went to test everything no sound is coming out of the new speakers or sub. The amps protection light is on and seems like it never fully powers on. The subs power light it on but no sound.

I ran the blue remote wires from the amp and sub to the blue wire to the head unit but I think that might not be the right wire to give the amp and sub the signal to fully turn on...

I’m at a complete loss here and hope someone had an idea what the issue may be.

Here is a picture of my head unit.

Maybe I should be taping into the green RAD1 wire?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

if the amp is in safety mode it most likely is powered correctly. Get a volt meter to double check . Send pictures of the install you can also pull the speaker wires from the amp and check the resistance of each speaker they should be from 2 to 4 ohms maybe one of the wires were damaged during the install.

What brand and model amp ?
How are the rca’s hooked up ? Front to amp rear to sub ?
Or does the amp have rca out that feeds the sub input ?
