Stereo speakers out

Last week had a speaker pop but everything else worked now have lost three speakers two on the port side on on the starboard. When I try to shift the sound around the tower speakers are opposite of the direction on the balancer. Replaced fuses in the amp( at least the 40 amp in one of the units) and checked the main fuses. This was all after getting a stereo comm error earlier today. Have the boat ready to go on the water tomorrow so not wanting to tear things up tonight but next week going to dig in more. Any suggestions on what to look at when I pull it tomorrow?
