Steering wheel is a bit stiff on my 2016 yamaha fsh 190. How hard is it to lubricate. Or should I have a tech do it?

There are a number of threads on here about how to lube cables if you search around.
I don’t think a dealer will do it for you since it’s not really a specified maintenance procedure. They’ll want to replace.
