Thanks for letting us know @veedubtek . Please hold them for someone else. Yours have a lot less hours than mine and mine are cracking in the center, at least the grilles are, so I thought I would just replace them all. This probably won't happen until next year now that the season has started which is fine, I will just add them and their cost to next year's upgrade list and budget.
