I'm looking at the VRX but my wife is (understandably) very concerned about getting more shade on the boat. Our family burns to a crisp, FAST and having to slather sunscreen on ever 60 minutes gets....tiring :)

Any suggestions or recommendations for what you've done to get some shade on the boat WHILE the boat is underway? Something we can use while still moving about?

Not a VRX, but we had sun shades made at a local canvas shop. They make a big difference in the cockpit while at the beach. There are different colors and shade percentages available. Tested at speed to 40 mph.

Edit: won't go much faster with bimini up anyway.
