This is what I have. Typically all volume knobs don't last a long long time so I don't know if you'd want to pay for a better one from like Wetsounds but I use these. PAC is supposed to be an oem-like company. http://www.amazon.com/PAC-LC-1-Remote-Amplifier-Controller/dp/B0002J226O
That's just what I did @MrWizard This way everything is still controlled through the conext screen.
So, I must have went a little bit unconventional. I simply routed all the boat speakers to the "front" channel off of the headunit, and wired all the tower speakers to the "rear" channel.
Meaning, if I want all of the speakers on I simply adjust the F/R to 0, and if I only want boat speakers then I adjust to F +15, R -15. And vice versa for only tower speakers.
It was free...not much of a headache to re-wire either...

I used the fader for 2 years through the headunit and it was a pain to have to go into the menu every time to change which speakers I wanted music to play out of. The 2 zone knob I put in is so much easier.
Well so far so good. Its nice to have everything on one screen but I worry if there is an issue with the screen that everything is on one screen!
That one is nice! I may have to upgrade to itI decided to get the one from overtons. Thanks for the help all!!!!
