I’d go with 120”. Not sure if you’ll have deal with wind conditions or any significant flow of water, but I like a fair amount of slop/wiggle-room for my docking situation.
One other consideration is how you’ll board the boat from a fixed or floating dock. Any chance you can try both configurations ... docking and boarding before you commit?
Not sure if your fit-up costs in a marina are able to be “sold” at the end of your lease term, but you will find that our boats are “light” relative to many other brands of boats. Not sure what brands of boats are found in your waters, but just for comparative purposes other 24’ boats around me (Grady, Whaler, Regulator, etc.) are a good 1,000 - 2,000 lbs heavier.
I went with 6,000 lbs (considering boat wet weight, people and stuff) and to be able to lift some of the heavier boats found in my waters.
