Is Taylorsville a nice lake? I've a buddy who lives 10 minutes a way from there. I've thought about going down for a visit and taking the boat to check the lake out as well.

Is Taylorsville a nice lake? I've a buddy who lives 10 minutes a way from there. I've thought about going down for a visit and taking the boat to check the lake out as well.

It's a small lake. Narrow. Nice swimming area buoyed off by the dam. It's just convenient for us to go there. Only a 30 minute drive to the marina ramp. We went out last Friday and the lake was empty. We went out this Saturday and it was crowded.
