So, on a Saturday in April, flying into Love Field and jumping into a rental car, about how long will it take me to get from Love Field to Kay Yeager Arena in Wichita Falls, Texas? Close enough where some arena football tickets will get me a ride? Or is it quite a distance?

@OCMD it is 2+20 with normal traffic. It can be longer because you drive past DFW and north fort worth traffic. Saturday is usually not bad at all. It is my drive to work.

The shortest way is...
Go west on mockingbird to 183/114, go NW on the 114 to 287, go NW to Wichita Falls. Kay Yeager is off of 287/I44

I don't go more than five over the limit in Decatur, Bowie, bellvue, or Wichita Falls. But then again I don't carry a badge with me like you do!

Fly into DFW, it will save you up to 20 minutes!

Easy for you to say, Mel. You can jump seat anywhere you want to go, free of charge! I'm on the IFL's budget and SW and Virgin America I believe fly into Love Field, not DFW. Thanks for the info, and if I get down there in April I will have tickets if anyone wants to see an expansion arena team play some ball.

Your post made me think of this video where you can find driving directions as they would be expressed in Texas.
