I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I like the Rubbermaid under cabinet one, but I am to far away from my boat to see if it will fit okay.

Looks like it would probably work as well. Does that one have liners or would you be essentially using a grocery bag as well?

The bag is washable, but I would most likely just use trash bags on the inside, because having to take it out to wash after every outing sounds like a pain. I like the size of it though and I think it should fit, but it might be tight.

These were the included screws, I went slow and kept an eye on the door to make sure they didn't go through
