So, we are auctioning off a week at our Lakehouse at the local church golf outing to raise money for the catholic shool our kids go to . . . . . . As such, I made this "promotional video" in iMovie. It is the first time I have made a video splicing in mulitple clips/music/stills etc. . . . . I am hoping this will bring in more cash than a basic flyer with pictures. . . . . . . . What do you all think?

Excellent work! Yes, I think more effective in showing off the lake house than a pamphlet would be. Also, potential to reach a wider pool of bidders.

Q: Are you including use of your Yammie with the lake house rental? If not, you might want to be careful not to feature it too much in your video.

PS: nice drone work!

No way. . . . = )

The Yamaha, and the other 2 Boats are NOT included. . . . .which is evident on the accompanying flyer.

They can rent a boat at the local marina or bring their own to our private dock.

The video will be looped and played on an iPad next to the detailed flyer and bid sheet.

Great looking Lakehouse and excellent video. I like the music.

Looks great! Should really get a lot of people interested.

Great first video. I wish I could get into using imovie. It seems a lot simpler than Final Cut Pro, I'm just not wired for either.

I understand that you have a flyer as well but it wouldn't hurt to list some of the features on the clips and pics as they are on screen. For instance, 1,500 sq. Ft, 3 bedroom, stones throw from the water, dock with shore power (boats not included), etc.

great job!
