This forum rocks but I get too many great ideas on here! The ol' wallet is really taking it on the chin.

-SeaDek $500 (hopefully we get at least 30!)
-Bow roller $40
-Keelguard $100
-Trim tabs $800 (has to wait until spring)
-Back up bilge $150
-Thrust vectors, etc etc etc

I just put in my order for Seadek. Think I'll wait for the better half to be out of town before I put that on. Doubt she will even notice!!

And that's just the beginning. ... everytime @Bruce shows off a new mod my list grows!

Now you just need to buy my Perfect Pass that's for sale!!!

I think these cost estimates may be a little inflated.

Lectrotab's base package is $509. That includes everything except tools, sealant and screws.

The Johnson pump I used for a second bilge pump is only $45. You could run it directly to the battery switch avoiding the need for any new switches. You would need two clamps, a through hull fitting and a piece of hose.

Started web surfing, saw the AR 240 . 1st 50k. Next started looking at waterfront property 100k. Dock and lift 20k. Forever house who the hell knows once we get started. Please no more hey honey what do you think about this.

I was looking at the unit that Isaac had, I'll have to look at this one too.

I did the same, I didn't tell my wife when I installed it, I just wanted to see if she'd say anything (she rarely compliments anything that was my idea), after being on the boat for about an hour I saw her looking at the floor and looking around, she said "this stuff is really nice, I like the way it looks too".

The key is beating the wife home before she see's the package at the door step! You're golden after that. Always better to ask for forgiveness than permission anyways I say. :D

BTW I hope you got in with the Seadek Group Buy. We need all the people we can get for the biggest discount! :winkingthumbsup"

@NukeJet , Oh she'll notice for sure. Luckily its such a fantastic upgrade you'll only get compliments.

See, @jameskeller76 , your first mistake is doing the math...
If you never add it up then it doesn't seem as bad! Instead just log back on, search for mods, and spend your time reading posts. There, problem forgotten. You're welcome.

I can't help it. I'm a spreadsheet guy. I already have a checklist and expensive spreadsheet for the 2017 Bimini trip.

Let me give you some advice to lower your blood pressure... stop tracking the cost ;-).

No kiddin!! I swear, last night walking past the boat with the dog and my wallet fell out of my hoodie. This is no coincidence, folks!
