What's up guys! I have a question on the throttle cable adjustment and I hope someone can help or have suggestions. I bought an 2024 AR220. I noticed after break-in, my Rpms top at 6500 at WOT. I still have another 1000 maybe 1500 rpm before it reaches max of 8000. Is this a normal setting from manufacturer? if not, does anyone know how to adjust the cable so i can touch in on the extra 1000-1500 rpms? it's my first boat so I'm just learning the the ins and out of this thing. I appreciate ya'll for all responses!.

Whats the altitude where you are boating?

I'm in New Mexico so depending on the lake's location it's between 5500 to 9000 ft.
Thats the Best RPM's your going to get for that altitude unless change the impellers to ones pitched for your altitude.

Gotcha! Thanks for this. I found some threads regarding High Altitude impellers on here. :)
