Port throttle is a little tight. How do I remove the controller for adjustment? Do I even need to remove the controller? Where are the screws?

Thanks in advance!

So the throttle (Binnacle) is hard to move only during the throttle section(beyond the first click), or is it hard to move during the gate movement section(neutral to first click)?

Thanks for the quick response. It's tight beyond the first click. Just not sure how to remove the binnacle for inspection/lubing.

There is an access cover on the aft side of the binnacle. Pop it off. There is a friction adjustment screw for each lever. If this doesn't fix it you may need to lube the cable or check for binding.
