Yes. Can't really tell you the difference without them though because I put them on before the boat was ever in the water so I have never been without them. Logic tells me that 4 rudders in the water is better than none.

It looks like the Glastron uses the same wide reverse bucket that Sea Doo boats had. I had a Sea Doo for five years and did not have any complaints about the low speed maneuverability. I bought a Yamaha this year and immediately noticed that the tiny reverse bucket was not nearly as responsive as the Sea Doo so I installed Thrust Vectors. I don't think I would need Thrust Vectors with the Glastron.

I put them on this morning, I can't wait to try them out.

They were a huge improvement for us, Im a believer.

They were an improvement, still not as good as a propped boat. But better

I like the fact that noone else can drive my boat!

So, at Low idle speed forward you have less of a struggle to keep a straight line ?
What other benefits have you noticed ?

It helps in the place where you could arguably do the most damage to your boat. The docks and retrieving. Some people are pros at docking, and nail it the first time everytime forever. For those of us that want the extra piece of mind of being able to turn when not under power, don't want to risk gouges at the dock, or slightly missing the trailer at retrieval there are fins.
