Tilt Steering Lever Stuck

I am finally getting my AR192 back in the water this year. I currently doing maintenance and found that the tilt steering lever is stuck. Is there a place to lubricate that area and maybe free it up? The steering wheel itself turns fine.

Finally resolved.....I moved around the steering and shook it up and down. I guess the lever was stuck. Lubed up tilt lever and everything has worked fine since.
