They say most of the towers are 1 7/8". My Exile speakers were supposed to go down to that, but I had to come up with a rubber sleeve under the clamps so they would tighten.
Sorry. I'm an hour away from my aquatic mistress, ...but I'm very confident its greater than 2" in diameter. When we spoke last December about accessories I bookmarked the following for future purchase. I'm leaning heavily towards the 2 1/4" diameter. I'll see the boat Sunday, I can re-measure then
I can't remember the exact measurement, and I can't confirm cause my boat is still in storage, but I know for a fact that it's larger than 1 7/8ths.
The AR's are 1 7/8ths, but the 212x and the 242 are bigger.
The round tubing part is the same diameter thruout.
I wanna say 2-1/4.
Damn it - now you're gonna make me go to my file and look up my tower speaker receipt from last year.
Be right back!
Is that the same for the 242 Limited S ?? I am looking at wakeboard racks and I know the old boat (2008 AR230) was 1 7/8 " . I have a rack from that boat sitting in the garage. It definitely does not fit the 2013 242. Anyone in the Jacksonville Fl area looking for a wakeboard rack???
