Tower Tube Size for FAQ

Anyone know the diameter of a 2016 212x? It should be the same from 2012-2016.

Anyone know or can measure the scarab 195 open t-top tubing size? It’s got 2 different diameter piping. Looks like 3” and 2.5” but I’ll probably wrong and not near it to find out. I’m ordering board racks for it

I need to know the OD of my wake tower tube so I can buy the right mirror. Anybody know? The suction cup mirror that came with the boat is a joke.

I bought a PTM Edge 100 Pro. Same size as the one you recommended.

That PTM mirror looks awesome. BTW, if it's about the same size as the one I have, it might fit inside the Plano Shallow Dry Storage Box (141250). That's what I keep my mirror inside when I'm not using it (e.g., when the boat's covered, or when we're fishing instead of wakeboarding).

yes, I believe the measurements are identical. Thanks!

I was looking at ordering a new surf rack this weekend and when I searched, there were many questions about tube sizes on various towers, but no concise thread with that information.

Here is what I found, feel free to add if anything is missing or incorrect:
  • All E-series boats - 2 3/8 front and rear and 1 5/16" Bimini tube.
  • All year 242 LS and 212X - 2 3/8"
  • 2014 and older AR240, AR230, AR210 and AR190 - 1 7/8"
  • 2015 and newer AR240 - 2 3/8" front, 1 7/8" rear
  • 2016 and newer AR192 and AR195 - 2 3/8" front, 1 7/8" rear
  • Scarab 215 HOI - 2 3/8"
  • The 1·7/8'' OD rear tubing of my 2019 AR210 tower actually measures 1.925'' (1·37/40''), due to the factory-applied powdercoat on the tower. Therefore, the 1·7/8'' aluminum shims that came with my Monster Tower Swivel Adapters do not fit onto the tubes. I had to order 2'' shims and then build up the tubing size with a few wraps of heavy-duty self-fusing tape.
Any idea what a 2009 yamaha 232 limited tower would be
