Is anyone is using Transas iSailor for chart plotting on their iPAD? Is it worth it or are there any better apps and charts that are cheap?

iSailor looks pretty good.

Where do the maps come from?

We have Navionics on most of our mobile devices.

x2, Navionics.

Will navionics have the red/green markers marked off in the program? Or just a layout of the waterways

I am going to try the Transas iSailor. I downloaded the app for free and the chart for everything on the Atlantic Coast from Delaware to Cape Cod for $4.99. it covers all the areas around Long Island where is boat. It looks OK, so figured for $4.99 it is worth a shot. Will find out in a few weeks how well it works.
