Tube bladder messed up?

I’ve had the same issue on numerous tubes over the years but haven’t found a fix other than to replace the tube entirely. Great and easy if you bought it from Costco or Sam’s club otherwise not good at all.
 
I got it from dicks. It was an end of season sale. The bladder is 4xs the cost of what I paid for it. Oh well.
 
That's an easy fix: throw it out and buy a wakeboard.
 
All my big tubes have an access zipper somewhere. Open the zipper and adjust the inside bladder so its lined up properly.
 
IMHO the pic doesn’t look like the problem is misalignment of the cover and bladder. I think a or several interior bladder separators failed so now the bladder can’t inflate to or hold its original shape.
 
I have two wake boards. I’ve pulled the bladder out. Trust me it’s the bladder.
