This dude has some seriously big stones to even try to pull this trick off! My palms were sweating just in the short anticipation leading up to his jump. I've ridin MX and X-Country for years and just hitting a long double or gapped jump over a creek or ravine used to make me nervous as hell. I can't even fathom the courage it took to hit the gas and launch this trick!!!

How do you practice that?

Insane.....I raced ATV MX and Flat Track [Honda-(red), four stroke-(thumper) riding number -(9)] and like the OP said.......just getting the nerve to do some doubles can be overwhelming. I can't imagine what it takes to mentally prepare for this.

Hoo Boy!
That'll give you a big grin every time, won't it?

And on a red bike no less...gotta love it.

Abso-f**k-ing-lute-ly insane!

I will never forget the night Pastrana pulled off the first ever double backflip. the progression has been nuts.

Back in my MX & SX days - I cleared some huge doubles and triples, and was able to bust out some sick whips - but that was it. Had abso-freakin-lutely no interest for anything else. But to see what these guys are doing today is AMAZING. And the distances Robbie Madison is jumping is purely insane.
My best was 125' - which I thought was ok. Robbie Madison is clearing 320'+ - a football field and then some.

I'd like to know how many of those guys are still able to walk when they are in their mid 50s.
