I am located in Maine and have been lurking on these forums for about a month thinking I was going to buy a boat that was being traded. The deal never happened but I got the bug even worse thanks to these forums. I have a to my door with all taxes and fees included budget of 55-60k and want to take delivery ASAP. If anyone knows of one please let me know.

Thanks andy07sx230ho- I really want grey but at that price I may not be justify being picky.

He is a good distance away, but shipping might be an option... I saw a post from @Williamsone46 where he indicated he will be selling his shortly. His boat has some sweet upgrades, too. Might be worth a discussion.

Thanks to everyone who has responded. I have muliple PM out waiting on replies and keeping my fingers crossed.

Good luck!

Thanks to those that pointed me in the direction of other boats that are listed for sale and all those who have shared so much on this site that lead us to this purchase:thumbsup:. I have just signed on a new 2016 242 LS in grey with my local dealer and should be taking delivery before the end of the month as it has to be shipped from the factory. I really wanted to find a 2015 as I liked the color scheme a bit better and it would have saved me a good bit of money but I needed to secure something before boating season. It would seem that the waters I fish on are too far away or I was using the wrong bait as I did not even get a nibble on my messages. Given no nibbles and the fact that my wife liked the "meaner" looking 2016 color scheme better I moved on to chat with my local dealer who made things right with the previous boat I was hoping for never becoming available. It will be interesting to see how it looks behind my black RAM vs. my wife's metallic grey Durango R/T (7,200 lbs towing with the 2015 R/T). Obviously the truck will be the better and more frequently used tow vehicle but I know how some folks like the tv and toad photos ;). I will post pics as soon as I can. I am going to start another thread as we are having the entire boat done in Seadek and want to see what folks think about changing it from the grey on black to chocolate over black. It will be interesting as the 2016s appear to have slightly different fabric trim scheme as well.

PS - If anyone is considering planning a group trip in New England please let me know.
