Vibration 2014 AR192

Hi guys new member here but been lurking here a while. I bought a 2014 AR192 with 180 hours on it and dealer maintained a couple weeks ago and I have a vibration that resinates through the whole boat between 3000 and 5000 RPMs. Fine down lower , fine higher. I took apart the whole pump assembely and everthing looked great, no impeller contact with sleeve, pulled bearing cap no water and bearings seemed fine, impellor in perfect condition, complete tunel assembely looked great, grate good, and no signs of any issues with the front bearing. The only thing I found was the clean out plug hug down about an 1/8-3/16 on the leading edge (Rebuild kit on its way) Is this normal? Ive seen some post hear that make it sound like its expected. Any oppinions? Thanks

yep, happens on my boat same as yours. thought it might be the shaft or wear ring. if it's normal, it's annoying.

Check the gap between the impeller and wear ring with some feeler gauges. To much gap will cause cavitation and possible vibration.
