Wakeboarding Form Suggestions

Picking up wakeboarding after a 15 year hiatus. Any suggestions on my form? Got squirrelly at the end. Think I wasn't leaning back enough. I see a lot of videos where people have the rope at their waist, but I feel strained doing that.

Agree with the above poster. The Shaun Murray "Detention" series is an awesome reference. Anyone who is rusty or a newbie, I have them watch these videos from beginning to end. As far as I know, they are all available on YouTube for no charge. There are many references to body position in his Vids.

+1 on the videos - they're great. From your video, just try to keep the handle down by your hips and to lean back on your heel edge. How fast was that? Does your board have middle fins?

18mph. Yes, I have the middle fins in place.
