I've got the 2007 AR210. The storage door for the main port side storage, or head storage, is warped. I really believe this is from the heat in the summer when the cover is on.

Regardless, I'm looking for a solution to flatten it back down. Anybody have any ideas? Wish I had some type of bar to brace against it to put it back in place.

What about one or more pieces of aluminum angle either glued to the inside or screwed through the door?

Okay, yeah that could work. But I'd rather not drill a hole in my door just yet. But that's not a bad idea.

If it really was heat, take the door off. Set it in the sun on a warm day with the forward and aft edges on standing 2x4s (crown up). Let it warm up then put another 2x4 flat down the middle and add a little weight on it. Keep an eye on it and see if it starts to move back by marking another 2x4 edge placed to the side at the middle. When you can remove the weight and it lines up with the marker 2x4, hose it down on the top side to cool it down then reinstall.

Ah! Another great idea. Thanks

I like the idea of laying it out on a flat surface with weights on it first. Then to keep it from warping again use a small aluminum angle to screw to the door. Good luck.
