We have a 2018 190 FSH sport that water is coming into Compartment . does anyone know what may be causing this?

Open it up while on the water and see if you can see anything leaking while it’s running. There’s a section in the FAQ section of the page about leaks you should take a look at:

One starting point I'd suggest is deciphering whether it's warm water (engine coolant leak) or cold water (hull leak, etc) in the bilge.
