The engines seem to operate normally, with no issues, but for the last 2-3 hours of operation I am not seeing water flow at the "pisser" indicator. At high speed there is some sign of water, but very little.

Last week I found the whole plugged with mud. (it is a tiny hole) I cleared the outlet with a nail, it seemed to have helped, now there is a trickle, but still no full powerful stream like the other.

No alarms of any kind

The one that does not work seem to have much greater resistance when I blow through it while the engine is off. The working one has little resistance (I can blow on it easily)

I have not confirmed yet if this is between the hose and the outlet or in engine....but I thought I would ask for any prior experience anyone may have with this cooling area.

Thanks!

Most likely insects (dirt dobbers) have filled the lines with mud. You can use weed eater string to clear the lines. On my LX210 I was unable to clear the lines from the outside and had to run the string from the inside to the outside. You can blow through the line to verify it is clear.

Thanks! I hope your most likely turns out to be the culprit. I'll find out next time I use it, hopefully next week or two. I'll keep you posted

I had the same issue @Beachbummer. I used weed trimmer line as @Bruce suggested. I ran my line in about 18 inches while my wife was driving (engines @ 5000 rpm). In just a minute or so, on each pisser a big slug of muddy water came out clearing the problem. I keep golf tees in them now when not in use.

Either golf tees or foam ear plugs will likely prevent the problem

X2 on the golf tees. And don't use a coat hanger to clear out the passages. I learned that the hard way. Lol.

Had the same problem this season. Cable zip ties work for me. I always have them in my tool box I keep on the boat. also I've started putting tin foil around the outlets to keep those buggers from doing that.

I too had the same problem on the first boating day this past spring. I also used a long zip tie to open the hole up from the outside. then tried to blow until I heard bubbling. I did crawl into starboard storage to unclamp two of the four to get the crud out. The mud dobber wasp was my initial thought but i found dried mud and vegetation, probably left over from previous owners shallow run. All good now, I check their flow on every outing.
