Selling the factory Wet Sounds HTX-4 and HTX-6 out of our 2022 255XD we picked up last month. Amps are both in perfect working order and boat had just 36 hours on it when we bought it. Reason for sale is that I am swapping in a bunch of JL equipment before I sell our MasterCraft.

$150 each. Located just outside Tampa, FL.

Also selling the Icon tower speakers…will post separately.

Thanks - Jason

HTX-6 sold

Congratulations!

Care to share what JL Amp(s) you are using and how you have them set up?

I didn’t want to gut everything out
Of the MC and end up having to build another leaser setup to sell the boat so i just took the hd 1200/1, one of the hd 600/4’s, and the 13w7 out of the MC. What the Yamaha has now:

All factory WS cabin speakers and center tower WS. I had to buy an amp for these so i gought a JL XD 800/8. Im a little underwhelmed by this and see myself upgrading the cabin speakers and putting them on a pair of HD 500/4’s down the road.

What i am happy with and will be around long term…i replaced the factory icon 8’s with a pair of rev 10’s powered by a HD 600/4. I also disconnected the factory sub and replaced the setup with a sealed 13w7 powered by a HD 1200/1. These sound great and the cabin speakers do as well they are just woefully underpowered / not on the same level as the rev 10 and sub so they get drowned out quickly. Imagine next year I’ll upgrade cabin speakers and amp to balance it out.
