My 2021 212SE came with Wetsounds speakers I noticed the 2022 models come with Polk speakers. Is there a big difference in quality? Maybe a supply chain issue? Just curious.

I got a new 2022 and its wet-sounds I'm pretty sure. It is efing loud.

hey do you have a thread on you sirius xm antenna?

I don't believe I made an actual thread, but I think I posted a photo. That being said, I didn't use the antenna they sent me. I used the one below. I mounted it in front of the anchor light. There was a hole there with a plug in it, so I fed the cable through there with a wire fish. I followed the same path as the anchor light wiring, which went down the port side. I was able to get it to my receiver on the dash easily. If you tower folds down, that's all you have to do. Just as a side note, I am having difficulty getting the bluetooth to connect, so I just use the audio cable. That little receiver is pretty good.

Very Interesting.

Depends on the specific models...the 210's have Jensen speakers, while the 212/212s have Polk, and the 212se/212sd have WS - that's part of the price differences.

Yeah, the reason I brought it up is the Yamaha website shows the 2022 212SE to have Polk speakers, not wetsounds like my 2021.

Oh...likely just a typo...summer students updated the webpage.
