I'm sure most people know what a great company Wetsounds is, but I just wanted to say it and share my experience with them. Also, a huge shout out to my dealer for stepping up and helping.
The AS-10 in my boat (dealer installed) blew while we were at Raftapalooza a few weeks ago. I told the dealer (G&R) and they pulled it out and sent it to Wetsounds. They also immediately ordered a new one for me without waiting to hear from Wetsounds on warranty replacement. Wetsounds acknowledged that it shouldn't have happened and that they would send a new one. I fully expected to get the all kinds of excuses about how it was my fault and that they wouldn't cover it. That never happened. They stood behind it and G&R stepped up to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Wetsounds and G&R- two great companies.
