The round piece of silicone was partially out of the hole. I'm not sure what that is but I know you guys do. Is this a problem that the silicone came out and where did it come from?
Yep. What he said. The opening in your second pic is the exhaust output and the silicone is simply excess sealant when the factory assembled the boat.
